The Corner House is a self-contained light industrial unit which offers two car parking areas within the curtilage of the site. These can be accessed either from Lowlands Road or Saltpans Road.
Internally, the unit comprises a number of rooms which have a solid concrete floor, power points and ceiling hung lighting. There is also a three phase electrical supply. It also has ancillary accommodation which includes offices, a kitchenette and WC facilities.
The wain warehouse is approximately 3.4m high to the eaves and 4.2m high to the pitch of the roof. It also has an electronically operated door which is approximately 2.7m wide by 2.75m high and is accessed from Saltpans Road.
The workshop also has a loading bay door and offers a ceiling height of 3.1m to the highest point and is 2.45m high at its lowest point. This workshop can be accessed from the Lowlands Road car park.
